Cleargistix Releases Significant Enhancements to its Platform

As part of our commitment to constantly improving our solution, Cleargistix has released significant enhancements to its platform including user interface improvements, speed enhancements, API improvements and reporting enhancements, amongst others.  

At Cleargistix, we are always listening to our customers and the market to ensure we continue to be THE flexible, configurable and very field usable Digital Field Ticketing Solution that helps oilfield companies save costs and time, streamline and accelerate workflows, reduce errors, improve efficiency and generate quicker and better management information.

A great number of these significant enhancements came from customer suggestions, demonstrating the partnership philosophy we share with our customers.  Please keep those suggestions coming!

New features and significant enhancements released include:

• A Quick Action bar has been added to the Jobs Desktop.  The Quick Action bar allows the creation of Tickets directly from the Jobs Desktop (saving multiple clicks and centralizing the user experience).  We are going to be adding other "quick actions" and adding "quick action" bars to other desktops in the future.
• The user interface for Tickets has been enhanced with a new, cleaner look which also allows a better experience on mobile devices.
• Improvements have been made to the Activity desktop allowing better filtering and exporting of Activities.
• Reporting and exporting of data has been enhanced, allowing for additional fields to be exported and streamlining reporting/exporting processes.
• Our Digital Stamping/Approval functionality has been expanded to include additional data points.
• Our API now supports sending additional information.
• Numerous changes have been made that speed up the responsiveness of our solution, enhancing the overall user experience.
• And many more new features and enhancements.
