Initial training:
-2 hr onsite, or online, training meeting with management and product champions
-2 hr onsite, or online, training meeting with team
Post Implementation:
-Utilization review (every three months for first year)
-Keeping an eye on the ball ensures success
-Review progress against goals
-Review user statistics
-Identify and failures and establish correction plan
Additional training:
-Additional training is available upon request.
Technical Services:
-When things change such as new initiatives, new requirements we are available to assist.
